1. He thinks far too highly of his own ability and intelligence and has a tendency to be extremely rude to those he believes have lower IQs than himself - which, as far as he's concerned, means everyone, even Prime.
2. He and Wheeljack hate each other. Wheeljack tries to at least get along, but unfortunately, his track record with his inventions labels him as "inferior" to Perceptor.
3. He has a habit of talking aloud to himself, even in battle. Because of his attitude, everybody thinks he's so stuck-up he just likes hearing the sound of his own voice, but the truth is he can't work out equations and think any other way but by sounding out the algorithms and hypotheses and hearing them.
Sentinel Prime (G1 because I don't watch Animated)
1. Has no qualms against fraternizing with his subordinates - one at a time or all at once - as Prowl, Jazz, and several other officers (and lower-ranked soldiers) will attest.
2. Will never admit it, but when Megatron was going out and recruiting every flyer he could find at the start of the war, Sentinel gave the okay for a group to go out and "deal with" the flyers still neutral. In the back of his mind, he meant for them to simply recruit them, but he neglected to be so specific, so it's basically his fault so many flyers were killed simply for having wings.
3. He was a workaholic and perfected the art of being able to do his job and keep himself entertained with someone in his lap or over his desk at the same time. It's good to be Prime.
Steeljaw
1. Ever since Ravage caught him and screwed his sensors senseless in the Nemesis, he's been the first to volunteer for spy missions to the Decepticon ship. His brothers prefer not to think of what that means.
2. His olfactory sensors are so overwhelmingly sensitive, he can be floored and knocked offline by almost any strong odor from honeysuckle to limburger cheese to skunk spray.
3. When he's done an exceptional job on a mission, his favorite reward for his hard work is for Blaster to get a pile of fabric and warm it up for Steeljaw to bury himself in.
Ratbat
1. He was Sparked approximately one month after the Decepticons crashed on Earth because Soundwave was depressed and needed to have something around which depended on him.
2. Because of the circumstances of his Sparking - so soon after awakening on Earth and while the Decepticons were low on fuel due to having such bad luck on Earth - his spark is defective. It's not growing at near the rate it should, and he's unable to speak as a result despite the fact that he could have otherwise.
3. He idolizes Rumble for reasons none of his family can understand, but Rumble doesn't mind. It's better than idolizing Megatron like Buzzsaw does.
Omega Supreme
1. Because of his past with the Constructicons, he has a soft spot and protective streak for all combiner teams - not just the Autobots'. Boy, did Breakdown lose it when Omega showed up the time he flattened a tire.
2. His speech pattern is the way it is not because of "killing his emotions" due to his past with the Constructicons or anything like the Autobots believe - he first heard it from Soundwave and liked it.
3. He views the Constructicons not as his friends but more like his offspring, so their antics are more than just a betrayal of trust to him.
